カナダはエドモントンの3病院に入院したCOVID-19肺炎を対象に、Prospective audit and feedbackを行った群と行っていない群でクラスターRCT。ベースラインは両群とも同様で、全体の平均年齢は56.7歳、介入群では301件の介入案件に215件の勧告がなされ、そのうち181件（84％）が受諾された。介入群では対照群よりも抗生物質の使用量が少なかったにもかかわらず（1000患者日あたりの治療期間364.9日 vs 384.2日）、入院後15日目の臨床状態は非劣性だった。
