医学論文文献マラソン2024/12/23

今週は2週分よみましたが、なんといってもASの論文がNEJMとLancet、JAMAとCirculationにレビューが載っている。侵襲的治療を要するAS患者の50%にCAD合併するようだが、TAVI+PCIが優勢のよう。感覚的にも納得。

外科的治療を選択するか、経皮的治療を選択するかのDicision-Makingの話題。
Lancet と NEJMの論文からすると、PCI + TAVIが有力
