責任と報酬/Responsibility & Reward

さて、報酬・売上とは何に対する対価でしょうか？
So where do you think our reward originates? 

それは会社、お客様、社会に提供する価値・貢献に対する結果ではないでしょうか？
It is the value we provide to our company, customers, and society, is it not?

私の会社には親会社から任命された、別の会社の代表取締役をしている方がいます。
My company has a president nominated by our parent company
(He is a CEO of another company that he founded) .

見積・発注の承認、勤務表の承認くらいで仕事を作って売上をあげたり、
何か我々のサポートになるようなことをしているかと言われると、何もしていません。
What he does is only approving quotation, purchase order, and timesheet and he has not supported us such as bringing new customers and new projects.

そのような方ですが、社員みんなが頑張って仕事して稼いだ利益から年1千万円近くの報酬を出しています。
We are paying approx. ¥10 mil/year from the profit that is a result of all employees hard work.

これはどう考えてもおかしいので、予算提出時に社長の報酬をゼロにして提出しては、親会社が勝手に戻すというやりとりが何回もあり、結局はゼロにすることはできませんでした。

This is surely not right thing to do, so we corrected the amount to 0 during budgeting, but our company put the amount back without agreement with us.

社長の報酬は株主（親会社）で決めるもので、元から働いている我々で決められるものではないというのが、株主の言い分です。
Our parent company says, "President's reward is decided by shareholders, not by original employees".

元からいる我々を蔑ろにする親会社のこのような行為を私は”株主パワハラ”と名づけました。
I name this kind of act of shareholder as "Bullying from Shareholder", the act looking down and ignores people who have been diligently working for the company.

会社法で認められていても、「おかしいことはおかしい」ということが必要です
Even it is allowed in laws, we should assert what is not right for the sake of humanity.
