Today I was in charge of two operations. The doctor didn't let me do the peripheral nerve block, but I was able to insert two intravenous lines and one arterial line. I wanna try inserting the arterial line more and more!

After work, I went to the gym. The trainer there happened to be from Fukui, my hometown. We talked a lot about our hometown and it was a lot of fun. Also, he helped me with the bench press. Thanks to him, I was able to lift 70 kilos! It's my personal record!

These days I was busy and was not able to go to the gym so often. This week I thought I can only go today, so I went there. I worked up a good sweat!

Three good things happened today:
1. I was able to insert an arterial line
2. I lifted 70 kilos on the bench press
3. I went to the gym and worked up a good sweat

Today's sentence
I went to the gym and lifted 70 kilos on the bench press, which is my personal record!
