Usually, I write my diary in Japanese first and then translate it to English, but from today, I won't write Japanese first. Also, I'll start a new magazine for my English output. It is "CNN 10 Summary." I listen to CNN 10 almost every morning, but I haven't made the most of it enough. I'll listen to and summarize it so that I can input and output English words at the same time.

I was able to insert an intravenous line today and finished the preparation for the anesthesia for this week. After work, I went to the gym and worked up a good sweat.

Three good things happened today:
1. I inserted an intravenous line
2. I ran for 30 minutes
3. I started a new magazine
