I wrote the next information-offering article in the morning. I decided the next theme to be cancer and cancer screening. When I was thinking about other themes, a lot of ideas came up to my mind as sleep apnea syndrome, baby food, female athlete triad, and so on!

I went to see an ENT doctor on foot in the afternoon. I got some hay fever medications. The clinic I went to is always available, which is very helpful for me, but I'm worried about the management also because of the coronavirus.

I edited the graduation album of my swim team at night. There are too many pictures to choose whether which picture will be on the album💦

今日の午前中は次なる情報発信記事の執筆。次のテーマは「がん」と「がん検診」にしようと決めた。他にも考えていたら、睡眠時無呼吸症候群のこととか、離乳食のこととか、女性アスリートの3徴候のこととか、他にも色々と書きたいことが浮かんできた！

午後はウォーキングついでに耳鼻科へ。花粉症の薬をもらってきた。いつも空いてるクリニックで、こちらとしてはとても助かるけど、コロナもあったし経営は大丈夫なんだろうか？

夜は部活の卒業アルバム編集。たくさん写真ありすぎて、掲載する写真を選ぶのが大変だ💦
