Today I added some information to the hand-over materials that my colleague made for us. I hope my new information will be useful for my colleague working the evening shift today.

I went to the gym in the afternoon. I worked up a good sweat! I trained hard today, so maybe I'll have some muscle pain tomorrow.

The sister of my senior form high school wanted some advice for the English debate. I talked to her at the end of March, but I haven't sent her any information yet. So I prepared a google document for her. I wrote about the English debate, English studying, and the career as a doctor. She wants to become a doctor, so I added some information about it. I hope it'll be useful for her.

Three good things happened today:
1. I went to the gym
2. I wrote a google document for my senior's sister
3. I added some information to the hand-over document
