香港活動家拘束
香港アップルデイリーが雨傘運動のリーダーのうちの１人Tonyのことを伝えている。逮捕の一報は日本でも伝えられたが、既に拘束１ヶ月。保釈請求は却下され、一生でることは叶わぬかもしれぬと遠くCataloniaのジャーナリストも心配している。
世界がアップルデイリーのJimmyLai氏の拘束を報道の自由への弾圧と注目しているとき、日本だけAgnesの安否にピントハズレなかたちで騒いでいたとき既に嫌な予感がしていた…。そのAgnesはいま思うように発信が出来ないでいる。

フランス ナイフ殺傷事件
昨日はフランスで痛ましい事件が起きた。
ちょうど日本ではNHKニュース7の時間帯。BBCは慌ただしく現場と繋いで緊迫した状況を伝えていた。チャンネルをカチャカチャしながら、両方を見ていたがNHKのニュース速報は確認できなかった。自国マクロン大統領が声明をだすのは当然。即座にイギリスのボリスジョンソン首相は英/仏語ツイート。台湾の蔡英文総統も英語でツイート。
日本の首相？トランプ大統領へのお見舞いツイートで失笑をかって懲りたのか？沈黙。
