Shimadzu Reduces Analysis Burden by Automatic Extraction of Microplastics in Water

Hello! We are Vein Works for Industrial Containers.

Today we have news about a microplastic analyzer.

According to the Nihon Keizai Shimbun, August 31, 2023

Shimadzu Corporation launches MAP-100, extracts microplastics in water for analysis, starting at 2 million yen. It is said to be the world's first device that automates a previously manual process taking several days, reducing quality variations and workload.

Microplastic analysis is now globally recognized for its importance, as these particles enter water bodies, posing environmental and ecosystem risks.

Due to the critical importance of understanding the current environmental situation, it is considered urgent to use analysis to uncover the reality and solutions for addressing it.

Are we the only one worried about global water pollution by microplastics due to plastic waste? We should explore eco-friendly alternatives like non-persistent containers, such as metal.

We want to help you achieve a sustainable future!
