Amma is visiting for the first time in 5 years. How commemorable it is to celebrate Amma's 30th visit with you all!
Announcements will be posted on the wall of the tour staff room. Please make sure to check often.

【Prohibited at the hotels】

• Do not use incense, cigarettes, or other substances that could spread fire and damage fixtures and equipment.

• Acts that excessively soil bedding such as futons and mattresses. (Not allowed to sleep on the floor with a blanket/ comforter.)

• Repeatedly going in and out of the room, making noise.

• Acts of significantly moving interiors and indoor equipment.

• Acts of leaving hot water running.

【Breakfast at the hotel】

Breakfast is NOT included in the accommodation fee. If you would like to have breakfast at your hotel, you can pay for it directly at the hotel.

Vessel hotel

Breakfast from 6:30-9:00 am on 2nd floor.

JPY 1,870 (per person, tax included)
Children: JPY 940(tax included)
*Age: 7 to 12 years old (Children under 6 years old are free of charge)

【About meals】

<About breakfast and snacks>

Breakfast and snacks will be served in the tour staff room.
Breakfast will be served from 7:30 on the 14th and 8:00 on the 15th and 16th.

Snacks are always available, so please enjoy them whenever you like. Please be considerate as quantities are limited.

A water server provides water and hot water at all times. The hot water is for tea. A limited amount is available daily, so please only use the paper cups provided. Please refrain from refilling your own water bottles or plastic bottles.

<About lunch and dinner>

Please eat lunch and dinner at a cafe. Please note that congestion is expected at the cafe during a certain time of day.

【 About the wristband 】

After Darshan begins on the 14th, please go to the bookstore, purchase a wristband as soon as it opens and wear it.
Only those wearing the wristband will have access to the tour staff room and be provided meals without paying each time.
The price included in the wristband is
①Meals at the venue (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)
②Accommodation fee
③Bus fare and a sandwich
④Return bus fare and breakfast
All prices are calculated in Japanese Yen. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.

【About the bus on the 17th】

On the 17th, one bus will be boarded from Takadanobaba Hotel and the other from Amma's hotel. There will be a total of 2 buses.
We will notify you when the departure time and bus stop location are confirmed.

【About Seva】

• We will need sevite for changing the token number displays on both sides of the stage

• We would appreciate your seva at the cellphone storage desks on both sides of the stage. Please write your name in the shift roaster posted in the staff room and head to the cellphone storage desk about 10 min before your shift starts. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
