[英語日記] たけのこご飯
少し前に通販で九州のお醤油を購入したところ、届いたダンボールには商品と一緒にチラシが入っていた。サイトの商品掲載ページのコメント欄に商品レビューを投稿することで、特典がもらえるらしい。
いつもならこういった特典は無視するのだが、その特典がたけのこご飯の素であることを知り、俄然やる気になった。
すぐに近くの鮮魚を販売しているスーパーに行き、金目鯛を購入した。
フライパンに酒と砂糖を煮立たせ、鱗と内蔵を取った金目鯛をフライパン並べる。
醤油を加えて落とし蓋としてアルミホイルを乗せ、ひと煮立ちさせたら弱火で10分ほど煮る。10分たったら落とし蓋を外し、さらに煮汁にとろみがつくまで火にかけたら金目鯛の煮付けの完成だ。
金目鯛の煮付けをお皿に盛り、カメラで写真をとってレビューとともに投稿した。
「このお醤油の甘みが金目鯛の白身にとてもマッチしました」
レビュー投稿から3週間後、たけのこご飯の素が届いた。
レビュー特典にハマりそうだ。
I purchased a soy sauce on the Internet a few days ago, the cardboard contained the product with a flyer. The flyer said that if you post a review of the product on the website of the product, you will get a prize.

Put some say sauce in the fly-pan, put an aluminum foil on the red bream as a drop lid, once them boiled, kept boiling them with low flame with 10 minutes. After that, take out the drop lid, keep boiling until the soup become thick, then the boiled red bream is completed.
I put the boiled red bream on a dish and took a photograph by camera, posted a review of the product.
"The sweetness of the soy sauce perfectly goes well with white meet of the red bream."
3 weeks later of posting the review, the seasoning of bamboo shoot rice was delivered.
