どの動物園にどんな種類の動物がいるのか、を検索できるデータベースを提供しているサイトを見つけた。
日本動物園水族館協会というところが運営しているようだ。

使い方は簡単で、検索フォームに調べたい動物の名前を入れれば、その動物がどの動物園にいるのかを教えてくれる。
便利だな〜、このサイトみんな知っているんだろうか。知らなかったの私だけか？
私は今会いたい動物が２ついる、ムースとナマケモノだ。
さっそく検索してみる。
まずはムースからだ。

ムースいないのかー、残念。どうやら昔は金沢の動物園とかにいたらしいが、今はいないらしい。見たかったなあ。
次はナマケモノだ。

I stumbled a website offering a database allowing users to find which zoo having an animal you want to see. 
Japanese association of zoos and aquariums runs the website.
It is easy to use: it tells you which zoo having the animal by filling the search form with animal's name you want to search.
This is very useful. Everyone know this? Am I the only one that does not know this?
There are two animals that I want to see: a moose and a sloth.

There is not moose isn't it? It's disappointing. I heard that they used to be in a zoo of Kanazawa prefecture, but they are not now. I wanted to see them.
