<aside> 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 I was doing well today I think. In the morning I enjoyed a breakfast of a hot sandwich. Is it correct? There is a word of “hot sandwich”? Is it one of Japanese English? I don’t know about it but I assume there is. Because of many Japanese English often called “Japanglish” is in the modern Japanese vocabulary. So it can usually disturb our Japanese people who are trying to speak English. So-called Japanglish is the vocabulary from English or other European languages. It is indeed from English but the usage of them is sometimes completely different to original meanings. So it can confuse Japanese people. I just will tell you one famous example and that is “consent”. This means an outlet in Japanese . Meanwhile there is also the word of consent in English and that means kind of making an agreement. Is it quite complicated isn’t it.

<aside> 🇬🇧 "I think I had a good day today. In the morning, I enjoyed a hot sandwich for breakfast. Is that correct? Is there a term called 'hot sandwich'? Is it part of Japanese English? I'm not sure, but I assume it might be. Modern Japanese vocabulary often includes many instances of Japanese English, commonly referred to as 'Japanglish.' This can sometimes confuse Japanese people trying to speak English. Japanglish consists of words borrowed from English and other European languages. While these words originate from English, their usage can sometimes be quite different from their original meanings, which can lead to confusion among Japanese speakers. Let me give you one famous example, which is 'consent.' In Japanese, it means 'an outlet,' but in English, 'consent' refers to a form of agreement. It can be quite complicated, isn't it?”
