Feeling good!
Just went to hot yoga as it’s my day off today and I’m feeling so good after that!
It was a bit challenging to get up early like 6 am when I’m not used to, but I’m glad that I did and had a very relaxing yoga class with my favourite teacher 🧘♀️ !
Yoga has been big part of my life for a while and especially with what’s going on in the world now, I’m more grateful for being able to take classes, recharge and revitalize myself than ever before!
At the same time, this pandemic has made me realize how important it is to take good care of myself, mentally and physically so I’ll keep it in mind and try not to get stressed out so much! It’s hard sometimes tho!
