Leitzのハイスピードレンズ紹介文がかなり好きなので素人邦訳。
若干意訳気味。

First,there is flash.
Naturally,flash in a big help in a lot of situations.
But you will often want to catch a pictures at its peak when there just isn't time to set up your flash equipment.Or,you may find that a theatre or concert hall won't let you use flash.
How can you get the picture?
It's no problem at all when you use a LEICA!
For there are LEICA lenses with an aperture of f/1.5-twice as fast as even the SUMMICRON-which now permit short exposures at the theatre,in normally lit rooms, on dull days,and at home.
You can take hand-held shots of your friends and children by ordinary room illumination without additional light!
