治療
Medical treatment

まんまと騙され敗れた悔しさを胸にしながらも、
腕利きの治療師であるちなつの元、久郎衛(くろえ)の回復と形勢の建て直しに専念する。
傷つき横たわる久郎衛を見て、なぜ彼は人のためにここまでするのか聞かずにはいられなかった。

久郎衛の返事は淡々としたもので、
目の前に困っている人がいたから、と。

そのセリフは優しさや正義といったものではなく、どこか出来事を事務的に処理しているかのような響きを感じてしまう私は、
きっとだいぶひねくれているのだろう。


Despite the frustration of being deceived and defeated, we focuses on recovering Kuroe and rebuilding the situation under the care of Chinatsu, a skilled healer.
Seeing Kuroe lying there wounded, I couldn't help but ask why he would go to such lengths for the sake of others.

Kuroe's reply was matter-of-fact: there was a person in need in front of him.

I'm sure I'm a bit cynical, as I feel that these lines don't sound like kindness or justice, but more like a bureaucratic processing of events.

修行
Austere training

痛手から回復した久郎衛は大阿南(だいあなん)に力を借り、
新たな力を手にした。

斗雷(とらい)はしばらくの間ここで修行をし直すといい、
野世衣に未練を残しつつも私たちと別れてこの地に残ることになった。


After recovering from his damage, Kuroe borrowed power from Daianan and gained new strength.

Torai said that he would train here again for a while, and even though he still had some regrets about Yayoi, he decided to leave us and stay here.
