~ energy harvesting ~
Did you know that technologies are emerging to "harvest" low-density energy from our surroundings—like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth signals, heat, and vibrations—and convert it into electricity? This is called energy harvesting. Solar power is one example, but recent advancements even allow us to tap into signals often categorized as "noise."
Imagine capturing the vibrations created when we walk—something many of us do every morning on the way to the station. If we could harvest that energy, it could benefit both our health and the environment. Right now, we ask, "How many steps did you take today?" But in the future, we might be asking, "How much energy did you generate today?" Just my two cents!
