Paying close attention to details such as fiber length, twist factor, thread count, and weaving density, we've aimed to develop a new kind of flannel fabric unlike any before. We delved into iconic brands like Pilgrim, Winterking, and Kingkole to pursue a unique texture. The unique thread count difference of 16/1 in the warp and 3.5/1 in the weft, along with the thinness of the weft and low weaving density, replicate the distinctive characteristics of vintage flannel shirts from that era.
