Topics covered are: Open and close strategies of useful information; obtaining, licensing and enforcing patents; copyrigth law basics and controversies; trade secrets protection and misapporation; data protection and use of big data; standardization; licensing standard essential patents to supply chains; pharmaaceutical patents; and sustainable IP strategies.
