Habit tier List 32のまとめ

英語の下のYoutube で学習したことをまとめました。
これ見ながら動画を聞くと分かりやすいと思います。

Habit tier list

Keystone Habits → other good habit involve
powerful habit → health relationship wealth happiness
Good habits 
not really a habit → not good habits

drink a glass of water → easy habit to build, not enough to change your life → good habit

cook by yourself → wealth healthy, easy habit to make and change your health aspect of your life -> A

play instrument → attractive , overall happiness and relationship, but difficult to handle
→A

waking up every morning → not a habit
habit surrounding your sleep is important,

reading , audiobook
billions people experience a lot of things and they made some documentation for you. give you huge good effect
→ S

keeping diary
same sort of your relief < zoom out big picture 
diary is good place to store your memory
you can see how much change your life→ B or A

Listening to podcast → you can learn valuable things but it is free talk session. Book is superior to podcast → A

chore (cleaning etc) → your environment effect on your mind
you have to do it, and it is not a changing habit. it is easy to build this habit → A

dance
attractive and happiness and good relationship. how much you enjoy is important→ A   you can share fun with others

resting your eyes 
20 minute work → 20 seconds to rest
easy to build → B

loud or in your head, you 
if you can change your mind, you can change your action and behavior

writing down what you have done every day

it will give you clearty life

simply being mind is not enough . you have to go and keep exercise 
not a habit but your mindset.

watch some self improvement video
similar to book or podcast. however you feel good only  by watching it.
you have to limit how much you watch and try to take action → b

studying
memorizing or solving sth
most people need to build this habit. → A

Practicing  a skill
practicing skill > studying skill 
you do more than memorize sth.
you can accelerate your growth. A+

glooming 
taking shower, brush your teeth, shaving
improve your style, relationship → A

make your bed
you can feel you are disciplined person →B

mindful of your word
it is not a habit but a mindset
side effect of other habit like meditation

meditation
many pieces of research suggest good effects on your happiness.
meditation → S
hardest habit to build

cold shower
boost your immune system etc.
most important effect is that you can go out comfort zone.
you can train yourself to take action against fear. → B

get sunlight
easy habit but bunch of good effects on health
sleep, immune system, etc. B+

writing 
necessary for creating values
this is A+
you can drastically change your wealth, you can be happier
difficult to build this habit

exercise and fitness
dozen and dozen of effect on physique and health and happiness.
literally change  who you are.
all the other habit can much easier to build by build this habit.

it is not a habit

eating on time
fasting or etc
weight loss, hormone, mental clarity, productivity

studying language
B but if you are not native english speaker → A

budgeting
extremely important for your wealth
you spend more than your thought→ A

visualizing 
sth most of us have already done
but you can visualize your blight life
it is not useless without other good habit.→B

working
work on your own content 
this is one of your best way to increase your wealth aspect of your life same as writing

socializing
extremely important for mentally happiness.
