Notice to Former GEMFOREX Users Please see the information shared by the operating company of GEMFOREX - GemTrade LLC, as follows: Galaxy DAO was informed that GEMFOREX has initiated legal proceedings through a New York-based law firm. They have filed a restitution claim totaling 34,463,000 USD against Merrick Mirror Holdings, the payment processing entity, and its affiliate, Virtus Logic Consulting & Services Inc. Additionally, we were informed that GEMFOREX notified the involved entities that failure to comply with the specified deadline for restitution will lead to pursuing damages in the Federal Court of California. This action is related to the circumstances that effectively led to the suspension of GEMFOREX operations. This legal action was one of the conditions for Galaxy DAO to acquire GEMFOREX. Therefore, we are making this announcement for our community. We plan to discuss with the New York state lawyer the response to the former GEMFOREX users of Galaxy DAO if unpaid funds are paid to GEMFOREX through this litigation.
