The Tokyo Olympics ended on August 8. Japan has won the most gold medals, which is 27, and it was a third-place that is followed by the US and China. Also, the Japanese overall medals were fifth following the US, China, the Russian Olympic Committee and Britain.
The Winter Games begin in just six months in Beijing and the next Summer Games to start in Paris in 2024.

Did you watch the Tokyo Olympics closing ceremony?

I didn't watch the closing ceremony because I don't have interested in the Olympic Games.

I had an opposite opinion for holding the Olympic Games because of the pandemic situation. Although, I also understood it is difficult to delay or discontinue the Olympics.
Then, I just hoped that the Olympic Games won’t have a bad effect on people’s minds or the pandemic situation.

But, the current situation is worse than I expected before holding the Olympics. Most of all, this time infection movement hasn’t yet reached its peak.
I have a few friends who work in general hospitals or they work at the hotel for coronavirus infected people. All of my friends said the situation is serious and it is already difficult to be in the hospital.

All people should wake up and look at reality because the party is already over.
