Abstract
This article introduced ways to fix the taste of too salty dishes. The three ways were written in the article and that are adding more liquid, adding a bit of lemon or vinegar and doing double the recipe. Also, the article pointed out that using potatoes in a soup or stew to soak up some of the salt is meaningless.
Do you use a lot of salt when you cook? Have you ever used too much?
Although, I’ve never experienced making dishes as salty as I can’t eat, It sometimes happens when I cook. I don’t mind if I use a little too much salt, because I almost always eat it with rice. I hardly eat only a main dish or only rice.
However, if I make a mistake using too much salt as the level of I can’t eat meals, I would refer to the ways in the article.
