日記71 : Thunderstorm

This summer, I’ve heard the sound of thunder almost every day. It usually comes with heavy rain in the evening. When I was a child, lightning strikes were not so common, so they seemed scary and unusual. But now, thunder has become an everyday routine, so I guess children today don’t feel much fear about it.

Of course, lightning strikes can sometimes cause harmful accidents, so we should be careful. However, disasters caused by heavy rains and overflowing are more likely to happen.
