日記108 : Desk Light

I’m considering buying a desk light. There are no ceiling lights above my desk, so I think I should make the area around my desk brighter for the sake of my eye health. So, I started searching for a desk light.

Some of them look like old-style lamps and are very cute, but they need a certain amount of space on the desk. My desk is not very large and is covered with my stuff, so I prefer more compact ones. There are models that you can attach with a clip to the edge of the desk. I thought this would be better in terms of effective use of my desk space, but these types usually don’t have replaceable bulbs. I’m not sure if these types of lights last long enough, and I think it would be better if I could adjust the brightness and color of the light, so I didn’t choose them either. I found a lot of affordable options that meet these conditions, but few of them had good designs.

You might think there’s something wrong with me and that I should just clean up my desk, but I finally found the best model that has no flaws in function or design. Of course, I ordered it online, but then the shop told me they are out of stock and it will be shipped in at least a few months. I decided to endure the dark work environment until the stock is replenished.
