日記99 : Mental Strength
I want to spend as much time as possible feeling happy. However, I sometimes feel powerless and upset over small things and everyday news. If I could take things more lightly and stop worrying about problems, I could avoid this, but that seems dangerous too. Maybe completely separating emotions from problem-solving is best, but I suppose the human brain doesn’t work like that, especially with life-related issues. Anyway, it's difficult to train your mental strength safely.
