I was at the prestigious tech conference INTERNET 2.0 DUBAI SPRING 2023 https://lnkd.in/gCt_tz3j in Dubai 2023 with Amazon, Netflix, Lean, Salesforce spring-2023", where I was the first Japanese to receive the Outstanding Leadership Award (https://lnkd.in/g_BdQRHq)

and I was awarded the "Technology and Socially Responsible https://lnkd.in/gbnVmRYb I also participated in a panel discussion on the theme of "?v=wv5GgnDbEwU&t=201s".

I was instantly captivated by Dubai and impressed by the friendly, courteous, and gentlemanly behavior of the people of Dubai.
I have one episode. When I wanted to buy a bottle of water from a vending machine in a shopping mall, I put a coin in the machine, but no plastic bottle came out. I was troubled and a man passing by approached me and said, "This one is broken, isn't it? I was thinking that I had lost a small amount of money, but the next moment, the man who had just passed by threw a plastic bottle of water to me.
The man was a clerk at the next store.

This kindness was a first for me in all my years of traveling and reporting around the world, and it made me wonder if I could be a bridge between Dubai and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries in the Middle East and Japan.
I am convinced that the Middle East will be the center of the world from the late 2020s.
And I have already invested in The Line in Saudi Arabia.
