In 2021, My company's sales are very well. But there are many problems at the manufacturing sites.  I think doing that useful support for my colleagues until the transfer present workplace.

The company's performance in 2021 was good. However, there are many issues at the manufacturing site, and I would like to give back by the time I move six months later.

2021年の会社の業績は良かった．しかし，製造現場での課題は多くあり，半年後の異動までに恩返しをしたいと思っている．

英語日記

昨年度の会社業績が発表された．コロナ禍にも関わらずSales・GM・OIRなど数字上の成績はUpしており好調をキープしている．

しかし，Operationでの品質トラブル等があり手放しに喜べないのが実際である．しかし，Operationも人員が不足しているなど忙しくミスが起きるのはすこしわかる．

そんな状況を解決する策はないだろうか．現在製造の現場にいる私だからこそできることはないだろうか．あと半年ほどで異動になる前に製造現場の人にできる恩返しをしよう．
