以前にも軽くアナウンスしたんですが、尾道に住む尖ったコアな人たちを中心にfeatureした新しいガイドブックGUYDES。全10人x1冊づつ、全10冊発行予定なのですが、これに翻訳(日英)で参加しています。

リソグラフ印刷で紙にも色にもめちゃくちゃこだわりを感じます。そして紹介する人たちは尾道に住むクリエイター/アーティストが中心で、ほとんど地元出身ではなく他から移住できたり流れ着いてきた人ばかり。普通のガイドブックでは触れることのできない、この地で表現を続ける人たちの声と共に尾道を紹介しています。旅のお供に、お土産に、そして旅行者でなくとも是非お買い求めください。

GUYDESは、未来の友人を訪れる旅をテーマにしたプロジェクトです。Guysと Guides を合わせて＜ガイズ＞と読みます。

「GUYDES ONOMICHI」第三弾

今回はアーティスト、nuttsponchon（丸さん）。

本文は、4時間越えの取材から抽出。作品やイベント作りに対する考え方、少年時代〜北九州編、これからやっていくことなどを1冊にまとめました。構成はいつもと同じ、未来の友人に向けた手紙、丸さんの紹介、丸さんが案内する尾道のツアー情報になってます。本文上の装飾は、丸さんに直接描いてもらいました。

表紙はデジタルオフセットRGB印刷で、本文はほぼ全ページCMYK (Aqua, F Pink, Yellow, Black) + F Yellow 5色のリソグラフ印刷。紙は、白系嵩高ラフマット紙のモンテルキア 4/6 112kg を使ってます。

Introducing the third volume of "GUYDES ONOMICHI", Guidebooks from Your Future Friends, featuring the artist nuttsponchon (Maru-san).

The content is drawn from over four hours of interviews, focusing on his approach to creating artworks and events, his childhood to the Kitakyushu phase, and what he plans to do next, all consolidated into one volume.

The cover is printed with digital offset RGB printing, while the main body is almost entirely printed using CMYK (Aqua, F Pink, Yellow, Black) + F Yellow, making up five colors with Risograph printing. The paper used is Montelukia white high-bulk rough matte paper, 4/6 112kg.
