（礼拝所不敬及び説教等妨害）
刑法第188条
神祠、仏堂、墓所その他の礼拝所に対し、公然と不敬な行為をした者は、6月以下の拘禁刑又は10万円以下の罰金に処する。
説教、礼拝又は葬式を妨害した者は、1年以下の拘禁刑又は10万円以下の罰金に処する。

Article 188 of the Penal Code
Any person who publicly disrespects a shrine, Buddhist temple, graveyard, or other place of worship shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months or a fine of not more than 100,000 yen.
A person who interferes with a sermon, worship service, or funeral service shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than one hundred thousand yen.
