ウイルスによるパンデミックを国防問題としてとらえられるような国は、研究施設や予算、あるいは法整備に至るまでわれらが日本とは大違い、なのでしょうか。イスラエルと同じ対応ができれば、オリンピックも問題なく開催できるのに！と感じるのは私だけではないはず。
