Day 138: Smokiness

My friend's husband is a yacht sailor, and he just finished his Atlantic Ocean racing game.
I wrote about him before.

BTW, she loves tea and I wrote about her before, as well.

She is now in Martinique where is the goal of the game, starting from France..., what a race of sloop!

She showed some great pics and videos out there, and one of the thing I was attracted was the picture of smoked half-raw sashimi.

I gotta try to cook this someday...!
