Day 164 : Disruptive Innovation
This is the kind of buzz word recently.
You could see this word in newspapers almost everyday.
Then I found this word on the street at Nishi-Waseda...
What the hell...?
Yes, it is a Ramen shop...
Why is it disruptive innovation???
It's a Niboshi-based ramen, which should be innovative probably in the US, UK, Europe or even in the other Asian countries, but not in Japan anymore...
This should be one of the most popular Niboshi Ramen shops guide...
I just wanted to try, but it was just after I ate another Ramen,,,, so next time I'll see how disruptive it is!
Word of the day:
assail : 攻撃する
Quote of the day:
"Dried foods like jerky are filled to bursting with savory flavor. Just soak them in hot water and use a little bit of salt to even out the flavor... and you'll have a stock that can be a solid base for any rich and flavorful soup!”
