Day 75: IT related business books

A few days ago, I wrote about the person who's writing about business books on her note.

Here's another community member, naomi, who's writing on business books, but she is also trying to focus on IT related business books.

Hmm, well, it's an IT era. So there should be more IT related books nowadays. Good focus...

In one of her notes, she picks up a book on subscription business model, mentioning the big differentiator of this business model is not just "fixed rate system" but "focusing on customers preference".

If you just set the fixed rate, that's not enough. As long as the customers' preference could be realized in a certain period with beneficial and propitious pricing for the customers, the customers would enjoy that service.

We should not forget to narrow down "the customers" here. The certain type or segment of customers.

And I think that's not just for IT, but obviously IT has enabled us to sophisticate this business model.
