Day 214 : Hot Smoked Salmon

I love smoked salmon.
Here in Japan, that is smoked, but cold and rare salmon.

Probably, it was my first time to try the hot cooked smoked salmon saute.
Hmm, yummy. I presume that should be from the Arctic Archipelago
it was good with Beer and Wine, but I believe should be good with Sake...
