Day 139: Smoked Cha-shu

Yesterday, I picked up smokiness.
When I think of smokiness, one very rare thing is, not smoked hum, nor smoked salmon, but smoked cha-shu, or roasted pork.
Cha-shu is always served on Ramen, or could be eaten as snack for beer.
But they do not usually cooked with charcoal. Well, if you go to barbecue place, you could cook in that way. But not usually in the ordinary humdrum restaurants.
However, there is one Ramen restaurant that gives you Ramen with smoked cha-shu.
Yoshimura-ya, one of the top ramen restaurants in Japan.
Hmm, I couldn't stop thinking about it, so I just went there...!
