茶道を体験 / Japanese traditional tea ceremony.

本日のカルチュラル・エクスチェンジは、みんなで茶道を体験しました。

和菓子屋さんの5階にある本格的なお茶室で、おいしいお茶とお菓子と楽しみました。

部屋に入るとき膝をついて礼をして、右足から入るのは実はインドと似ていたり。

お茶は実はもともと薬膳的なものだったとベトナムのメンバーが教えてくれたり。

赤ちゃんを抱いて参加してくれるメンバーがいたり。(赤ちゃん、こんな小さいときから多文化体験です！)

今日も様々な楽しみがありました。

お茶のお教室のみなさま、本当にありがとうございました。本日のみなさんの心よりのおもてなしで、すばらしい時間をいただきました。

At today's Cultural Exchange, we all experienced Japanese traditional tea ceremony.

We enjoyed delicious tea and traditional sweets in an authentic tea room on the fifth floor of a Japanese sweets shop.

When entering a tea room, you bend on your knees , bow and enter with your right foot, which is actually similar to customs in India.

A Vietnamese member told me that tea was originally a medicinal food.

There were members who participated while holding babies. Babies are experiencing multiculturalism from such a young age!

We had a lot of fun today too.
