２月２日（日）は、毎月定例の全体会を開催しました。 １月～３月の定例会では、「４月からの１年間で取り組みたいこと」を、みなで議論し、年間スケジュールを決めています。
On February 2nd (Sunday), we held our regular monthly general meeting. At the general meetings held between January to March, we discuss what we would like to deal with and how in the year starting from April and decide on the annual schedule.

みんなで多文化交流in江東は活動を開始して、３年ちょっと。いろいろな活動を通して、それぞれのメンバーが感じたこと、考えたことを共有して、 活動をよりよいものとし、有意義な多文化交流活動につなげていきたいと思っています。
It has been a little over three years since Multicultural Exchange in Koto started its activities. After conducting various activities, each member shared what they felt and thought, and how to improve our activities and how it can lead to meaningful multicultural exchange activities.

「我々の議論」は時間がかかるし、行ったり来たりして非効率的なこともあるし、決まらないままということも多いです。 でも、こういう時間を、多様性があるメンバーで共有して、行ったり来たりを楽しむことが、多文化への道だと我々は考えています。 でも、来月こそは、年間スケジュールを決めます！
``Our discussions'' take time; we go back and forth and are sometimes inefficient, and often our discussions remain unresolved. However, we believe that sharing this kind of time with different members and enjoying the unsolved discussion is the path to multiculturalism. But next month, we will decide on our annual schedule!
