Working style

We have flexible working hour
We need to work 6 hour in a day.
But we are allowed to choose the time we come to office.
And we are not allowed to work more than 45hours overtime in a month.

Most of us work from 10 to 5 to avoid the rush hours.
But some of us prefer going to work early.
Not many people work overtime
The office is usually empty by7pm.
