About the 奨学金の名前, I am writing to submit my scholarship application to pursue a 学位（bachelor's, master'sなど） degree in 学部 at the 大学名. I was keenly surprised to hear about the 〜EUR scholarship that the 大学名 provides, and it certainly can help me focus on my educational development. In this cover letter, I will elaborate on my motivation and qualification for this scholarship.
