I go to Akihabara for a medical checkup.
The medical checkup was smooth and fluid, and the staff seemed to be highly sophisticated AI. As an analog person, I was nervous so as not to stall the flow, and my blood pressure was too high, so I had to re-measure it. Tsk. There's a medical interview at the end, but I don't think I'll be discussing anything serious here.
The station I pass by every day on my way to work has a different view when the time of day changes. Usually the gray shutters of the stores are closed, but I noticed that some of them are open.
A group of tourists were waiting in front of a store for it to open. I was hungry and thought it was a ramen shop, but it turned out to be an owl café. Like a host club, there were pictures of owls' faces on the wall. Owls are interesting, but is this a working environment where the bird's abilities can be utilized? Visual acuity and flying ability are not required. Will they focus on visuals, personality and stress tolerance?
After all, I run on fast food. I know it's unhealthy and contradictory to eat junk food after a medical checkup, but somehow this city makes me feel that way.
