Director of an e-Sports team

I am the director of an e-Sports team called 465Garage.
My job is to manage the players' schedules,
negotiate with sponsors, and negotiate with tournament management.

It is a very tough but very rewarding job.

Athletes always go into practice and races looking for the best results.

Drivers do not always get good results. When this happens, I provide mental care for them.

Sponsor management is as important as driver mentality and motivation management.

e-Sports Teams do not generate funds easily. We need sponsors to support our activities.

We can only do our activities with the help of sponsors.

Negotiating with sponsors and managing funds may be the most important thing for a director.

We are currently the top e-Sports team in motorsports in Japan.

For the sake of the next generation, we will be famous.
We believe this will expand the possibilities for the next generation.

I hope you understand that the director is a surprisingly important position, although it is not often paid more attention than the driver.
