Mid-July
It has already been two weeks since I started my new work.
I enjoy working with my colleagues.✨
I stop by Starbucks every morning, especially, I like black coffee.☕️
Generally, it's best to take caffeine in the morning because caffeine has surprising impacts on our minds.
In addition, Caffeine can change the quality of our sleep. For example, Caffeine blocks a substance called adenosine acid, which reduces the quality of our sleep.
Consequently, we can not feel refreshed.
However, my morning cup of coffee is a special habit I look forward to every day.
Anyway, I would like to talk about this month's goal.🤍
This month's goal is to visit many restaurants in Ebisu and Shibuya.
I want to try various foods, experience new things, and expose myself to Tokyo culture.🫶🏻
