Situation in Ukraine
It has been 757 days since Russia invaded Kyiv.
First,
a general matter.
According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces,
the Russian losses were 750 soldiers
4 tanks
16 armored combat vehicles
26 cannons
1 multiple rocket launcher
1 air defense system
10 drones
49 other vehicles.
The entire front reported 80 ground engagements in one day.
This is a short news report about the situation in Ukraine.

Spain has announced a new military aid package worth 190 million euros for Ukraine,
which includes 20 Leopard 2A4s,
in addition to body armor,
radios,
drones,
various ammunition,
Hawk air defense missiles and Harpoon anti-ship missiles.
The company has already received permission to take delivery of the Leopard 2,
but it will take some time to prepare it for deployment from long-term storage.
Finland has also announced that it will provide an assault landing craft. It is likely to be a CB90 or derivative,
capable of carrying a 21-man landing party on a 3.8-meter-wide hull that can be easily transported ashore.
It is expected to be used for operations along the Black Sea coast and the Dnipro River,
as the Ukrainian Armed Forces have recently established a Marine Corps.

There was a drone attack on the Engels airbase,
which serves as a base for Russian strategic bombers.
Russian authorities reportedly shot down all of the drones,
but residents near the base reported hearing four loud explosions,
indicating that the attack may have been successful.
The Engels airbase is Russia's largest,
located 700 kilometers from the Ukrainian border,
and satellite photos show that three Tu160s,
five Tu95s,
and three other aircraft were on station at the time of the attack.
Two Tu95 strategic bombers were damaged or destroyed in a drone strike at the Engels airbase last December,
and further damage is expected to reveal another vulnerability in Russia's air defense system.

The Ukrainian military has successfully destroyed Russian military equipment by using drones that use AI for final guidance.
The technology,
which adds image recognition capabilities to drones so operators can provide final guidance by directing them to targets at a distance,
adds about $500 to the cost of each drone,
but is expected to be highly effective,
enabling effective attacks in poor reception near the ground and in the midst of enemy electronic warfare,
and allowing a single person to operate multiple drones.
The images shown are from the 60th and 63rd Mechanized Brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces,
and although the images are interrupted by the Russian jamming signal,
the AI takes over and guides the drones,
confirming that the two drones were successful in their attack.

Northeast: Luhansk region
Eastern part,
towards Bakhmut
This section covers the war situation on the Svatove-Kreminna line from Harkiv and Kupyansk,
and from the Siversk area to the Bakhmut area.
In this area the Russians attacked 10 times near Shinkivka,
14 times from Terny to Sibersk,
and 7 times in the area of Bakhmut.
Harkiv region
In this direction,
the anti-Putin forces continued their incursions into the Russian territory in several places.
Among them,
the front is expanding in the village of Kozinka.

Russian forces conducted two airstrikes on a house north of the settlement,
confirming the presence of Russian volunteer forces at that location.

The Russians attacked with well-equipped units,
but the Ukrainian counterattack was quite fierce,
and the Russian soldiers were left dead,

Sibersk and surroundings
In Bilohorivka,
which we reported yesterday as unconfirmed,
the Russian convoy was repulsed and then,
according to the video with location information,
the Ukrainian army counterattacked and conducted a clearing operation.

Around Bakhmut

The weather in Avdiivka is sunny.
The minimum temperature is 0 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature is 12 degrees Celsius.

Avdiivka area
The Russians carried out 13 attacks in this sector.

At Berdych the Russians regained their momentum this day and launched a vehicle attack which was repulsed by the Ukrainian army.
Shown here is the 47th Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Army,
with the location shown on the map.
Recently,
the Russian military has been using the BMP3 infantry fighting vehicle,
which is an amphibious vehicle with a powerful 500 hp diesel engine,
capable of traveling at 70 km/h,
said to be the fastest tracked vehicle in the world,
and equipped with a large-caliber 100 mm cannon,
despite being an infantry fighting vehicle. It is equipped with a 100mm cannon and so far seems to be an ideal assault vehicle,
but it is prone to igniting and exploding from the 100mm shells stored inside the vehicle.
The position where the Russians are being repulsed has been gradually pushed back,
so we have updated the battle map of this location from Russian-occupied to disputed territory.
In the other axes of attack in Orylivka,
Tonenke,
Pervomaiske,
and Neveleske,
the Russian attack was repelled by Ukrainian forces,

Marinka Area
In this sector the Russians have attacked 29 times and continue to attack aggressively.

Zaporizhia province

Kherson Province.
In this sector the Russians attacked Stalomaiorsk,
Verbove and Robotyne six times and Krinky once,
but these attacks were repulsed by the Ukrainian army and did not change the battle map.

Dutch Defense Minister Ollongren,
who is visiting Kieu,
announced the purchase of 150 million euros worth of ammunition for the F-16,
which will be provided to Ukraine.
The F-16 is a versatile fighter and can carry air-to-air and air-to-surface missiles,

but it is unclear what type of ammunition.
The minister also expressed confidence that the F-16s could be delivered this summer,
