まずは全般的な事柄です
先程公表された、
ウクライナ軍の参謀本部の最新の発表によると、
ロシア軍の損失は、

となっています

昨日の動画ではニジニノブゴロドの石油施設でプラント全体を包み込むほどの炎が上がっているとお伝えしましたが、
今日もロシア領内で爆発炎上が記録されています
今回の攻撃では100機以上のドローンが使用され、
過去3番目に大きな攻撃であった模様です
ウクライナ保安庁（SBU）の情報筋によると、
ロシアのトヴェリ州の石油ポンプ場とミサイル兵器庫に攻撃がありました
また、
ロシアの地元当局の情報を総合すると、
先程のニジニノブゴロド、
トヴェリのほか、
スモレンスク、
ブリャンスクを含む複数の地域で大規模なドローン攻撃がありました
まずウクライナ国境から550キロ離れたトヴェリでは、
26日にもドローン攻撃があったばかりですが、
アンドレアポリ石油ポンプ場とミサイル兵器庫にドローン攻撃があり、
いずれも成功した模様です
石油ポンプ場ではろ過ポンプと添加剤タンクが損傷し、
ロシア最大の石油輸出港のウスチルーガにつながるパイプラインが閉鎖されたとの情報があります
またトヴェリの第23ミサイル兵器庫では、
地元住民によると20回以上の爆発があり、
兵器庫と3つの建物が目標であったとしています
一方で攻撃当時ミサイルがなかったとの情報もあります
さらにスモレンスクではロスネフチ石油貯蔵所にドローン2機が落下した情報があります
昨日の動画でお伝えしたニジニノブゴロドでは、
大炎上した石油製油所の同じ敷地内に、
実質的にプーチン大統領の所有するシブルクストヴォ社があり、
この会社も損害を受けた模様です
シブル社は、
プーチン大統領の財布と言われるオリガルヒのティムチェンコ、
ミヘルソン、
プーチン氏の義理の息子のシャマロフ、
ガスプロムのCEOであるデュコフ、
プーチン氏の親友のコワルチュク、
甥のシェロモフが株主となっていて、
エチレン、
プロピレン、
ベンゼンなどの軍事用爆発物の製造に使われる炭化水素製品の生産をおこなっているとのことです
2番目
最近の一連のロシア領内への攻撃により、
ロシアは航空機の出撃回数、
ミサイル攻撃の頻度が低下していることが指摘されています
イギリス国防省が1月21日の衛星画像を分析したところ、
今月4日、
8日に2回攻撃のあったエンゲルス空軍基地では、
消火までに数日かかり、
燃料タンクのうち4基が破壊され、
10基が損傷したと報告しました
また政治学者のザゴロドニー氏は、
ウクライナのメディアに登場し、
「以前はMiG31が1日に数回離陸していたが、
現在では離陸回数が顕著に減少しているため、
ロシアは燃料の供給や機材のメンテナンスに大きな問題を抱えている可能性が高い」と指摘しました
さらに影響はクリミアにも及び、
パルチザン組織のアテシュによると、
クリミアではウクライナの攻撃を恐れて大量の燃料の保管ができないことから、
鉄道を使った燃料の輸送が間に合っていないとのことです
地元住民はガソリンや軽油の価格が上昇し続けるだけでなく、
ガソリンが不足していると伝えています

○クルスク方面
作戦に影響を与えるクルスクの天気は、

今後1週間ほどは気温が徐々に下がり、
本格的な冬の季節がようやく訪れます
フォーブスでは、
マラヤロクニャの南にあるニコルスキーで
18日から3日間おこなわれた
Ruzzian軍の大規模攻撃について、
ウクライナ軍の第47機械化旅団を取材しました
インタビューに応じたドローン部隊の兵士は
「敵は惜しみなく兵士と装甲車両を投入しているが、
3ヶ月間同じ場所を攻撃していて、
午前の攻撃で失敗したのと同じ方法、
同じルートで、
午後も同じように攻撃してくる
本当に意味がわからない」と嘆きました

今のところ戦況図に影響のある情報はありません
○ハルキウ方面
この方面でルジアンは7回攻撃を行ないましたが、
ウクライナ軍が撃退し、
成果はありませんでした
●北東部 ルハンスク州方面
●東部 チャシフヤール方面
クピャンスクから、
チャシフヤール方面の戦況についてお伝えします
この方面でルジアンは、
クピャンスク方面で12回、
スバトベ・クレミンナ線で9回、
シベルスク周辺では17回、
チャシフヤール方面は11回、
トレツクの方向で17回攻撃をおこないました
○シベルスク周辺
この方面ではRuzzian軍は積極的な攻撃を行ない、
地上戦の数は一時的に増加しています
1番目
映像などはありませんが、
ヴェルホノカミヤンスケ付近でRuzzian軍が
機械化攻撃を行ない、
ウクライナ軍が戦車2両、
装甲車10両、
オートバイ6台を破壊したとの情報があります

この攻撃に関係があるかないか、
はっきりしませんが、
ウクライナ軍のドローン部隊の
アンリアルトップガンチームが
撮影したものとなっています
戦況図ではヴェルホノカミヤンスケの
北の道路でRuzzianが800メートルほど前進したとして
更新しました

反対にウクライナ軍は
ヴェルホノカミヤンスケの集落で反撃をおこない、
集落の大部分を奪還しました
Ruzzian軍は砲撃で
反撃をおこなったところが確認できることから
判明しました

○チャシフヤール方面
この方面ではチェチェンのアフマト部隊の中でも
精鋭と言われるスペツナズ部隊が追加で投入され、
攻勢を強めています
モスクワタイムズがウクライナと
NATO軍の関係者の話として、
「1年間の血なまぐさい戦闘で、
チャシフヤールは陥落した」と伝えていますが、
戦況図では異なる情報となっています

そのチャシフヤール中心地にある耐火工場では、
位置情報付きの映像によるとRuzzian軍が
サーモバリック爆弾を投射していて、
ウクライナ軍の動きを牽制しています
またウクライナ軍のドンバス大隊は、
チャシフヤール市街の写真をSNSに掲載し、
「我が兵士たちは

またその南の郊外の地図の場所では、
ウクライナ軍がぼた山の頂上に陣地を作り、
砲撃地点の監視と調整をおこなっていましたが、
位置情報付きの映像によるとアフマト部隊が
活動しているところが確認されました
ご覧いただいているのはアフマト部隊のもので、
二人の兵士が活動している様子が見えます
既にウクライナ軍は撤退しているようにも見えます
この場所はウクライナ軍が
10月から12月の間に反撃をおこない
奪還していましたが、
戦況図ではこの場所まで係争地の拡大として
更新しました
○トレツク方面
この方面では双方が攻撃を行ない、
市街戦となっています
そのうちスタジアムと鉱山の間の住宅地では、
ウクライナ軍が反撃をおこない、
引き続きルジアンを押し戻しました
ご覧いただいているのは
おそらくウクライナ側の撮影したもので、
地図の場所を走行するウクライナ軍の
装甲車両の様子となっています
その他の情報も考慮して、
この付近の20街区ほどをルジアンの占領地から
係争地に更新しました
それ以外には戦況図に影響のある情報はなく、
戦争研究所では、
Ruzzian軍は現在
トレツク市内の88％を占領していると評価しています
●南東部 ドネツク州
ポクロフスク、
クラホフ、
ヴェリカノボシルカ方面の戦況についてお伝えします
この方面でルジアンは、
ポクロフスク方面では接触線全体に沿って多数回、
クラホフ・ヴェリカノボシルカ方面で7回
攻撃をおこないました
○ポクロフスク方面
この方面ではルジアンが正面突撃を繰り返し、
ウクライナ軍の疲弊を誘っています
1番目
ポクロフスク東側のバラニフカから
ヴォディアーネドルヒェでは、
ルジアンが攻撃を行ない、
前進しました
Ruzzian軍に近い情報では、
ルジアンがバラニフカを占領し、
その上でウクライナ軍の陣地を次々襲撃して占領し、
ヴォディアーネドルヒェの端まで
到達したと主張しています
ここでは、
複数の情報を総合して、
ヴォジャネドルヒェの集落の端までを
係争地の拡大として、
またバラニフカの端までを
ルジアンが占領したとして更新しました
面積は1.8平方キロになります

4か月ほど前は激戦地だった、
ポクロフスクの南東にあるフロジフカでは、
位置情報付きの映像によると地図の場所で
ウクライナ軍が旗を立てて奪還を主張しました
こちらは戦況図に変更はありません
3番目
ポクロフスクの西にあるコトリネ、
ウダチネでは、
双方が攻撃を行なう激戦となっています
そのうちウダチネでは、
位置情報付きの映像によるとウクライナ軍が
反撃をおこない、
集落の一部を奪還しました

第42機械化旅団のもので、
地図の場所で建物を回り、
掃討作戦をおこなっている
ウクライナ兵の様子となっています
戦況図ではこの建物の背後を係争地から
ウクライナ軍が奪還したとして更新しました
4番目
西側正面のノヴォアンドリフカでは、
25日の動画でルジアンが集落に取り付いた
可能性があるとお伝えしましたが、
ルジアンが集落からスリブネに向けて
正面突撃をおこないました
ウクライナ軍は新設部隊の第153機械化旅団が応戦し、
ブラッドレー歩兵戦闘車が地図の境界森林に到着し、
その後歩兵が展開してルジアンを掃討しました
攻撃は撃退されましたが、
ウクライナ軍はノヴォアンドリフカから後退し、
戦況図では集落の一部をルジアンが
占領したとして更新しました
面積は2平方キロとなります
○クラホフ方面
○ヴェリカノボシルカ方面
この方面では、
クラホフ方面で戦況の変化がありました
1番目
場所は不明ですが、
ルジアンはこの方面で機械化攻撃を行ないました
しかしウクライナ軍のレオパルド2が建物の影で
待ち伏せていて、
少なくとも5台の車両を
正確な射撃で撃破して撃退しました

第33機械化旅団のものとなっています
1両のレオパルド2がルジアンの車両に
百発百中で命中させていますが、
残念ながらよい子のお子様の健全な成長のため、
このプラットフォームでは

一方ダヒネでは、
ルジアンが市街地の南東に攻撃を行ない、
最初の家に取り付きました

シリアでは、
ダマスカスを訪問したロシア政府の代表団に対し、
暫定政府が賠償を請求し、
アサド前大統領を引き渡すよう要求しました
暫定政府は、
「内戦中にロシアはアサド政権を支援し、
シリアの都市に爆撃をおこなったことに対し、
過去の過ちを考慮し、
シリア国民の意思を尊重し、
国民の利益に叶う必要がある」
と声明を発表しました
ロシア外務省も復興には前向きとのことで
暫定政府からは「補償、
再建、
修復などを通じてロシアの役割が強調された」
と追加の声明がありました
一方、
フメイミム空軍基地と
タルトゥース海軍基地の存続についての話し合いには
進展がなく、
暫定政府を支援してきたトルコは
ロシア基地の存続に反対しているとのことです
