まずは全般的な事柄です
先程公表された、
ウクライナ軍の参謀本部の最新の発表によると、
ロシア軍の損失は、
兵士1170名
戦車12両
装甲戦闘車12両
砲53門
多連装ロケット2両
防空システム1基
ドローン181機
巡航ミサイル1発
その他車両75両
となっています
戦線全体では、
一日で129回の地上戦の報告がありました
ロシア軍の攻撃回数は半減し、
再配置後の攻勢作戦は終了しつつあります

ここ最近のF16は、
対地攻撃にも使用されている映像がちらほら出てきていますが、
フランスのルモンドによると、
ウクライナはすでに70機のF16を受け取っていると報じました
ウクライナから来たパイロットの訓練生に取材した記事の中で、
ウクライナはデンマーク、
オランダ、
ギリシャから70機のF16を受け取っているため、
できるだけ早くパイロットを養成する必要があると伝えています
F16の訓練に参加しているパイロットは、
空軍士官学校で4年間過ごした後、
ウクライナ空軍に入隊し、
旧ソ連の航空機で飛行した経験があるとのことで、
通常より1年短い18か月のコースとなっています
ある訓練生は、
「ロシア人が我が国民に何をしているかをビデオで見ると、

マクロン大統領は欧州各国首脳とパリで緊急会談をおこない、
その後トランプ大統領、
ゼレンスキー大統領と個別に電話会談をおこなった後に声明を発表し、
「ウクライナに対する強力な安全保障の必要性を再確認し、
それがない停戦は、
ミンスク合意のように崩壊する」と警告しました
またイギリスのスターマー首相は、
イギリス軍をウクライナに派遣する用意があることを改めて表明し、
「アメリカの安全保障のみがロシアの侵略を抑止できる」と発言し、
アメリカに軍事的支援を提供するようトランプ大統領に要請しました
またアメリカが欧州各国に対し、
ウクライナ向けの米国製兵器を購入することを認める意向であることを受け、
ポーランドのトゥスク首相は、
欧州の防衛費を緊急に増額する必要があると指摘しました
会談は、
トランプ大統領の交渉プロセスに関する懸念が主な話題となったとのことです
3番目
ロシアのレシェトニコフ経済発展大臣は17日の同省理事会で、
ロシア経済は多くの分野で成長が鈍化し、
受注が減少し、
冷え込みの最初の兆候が見られたと述べました
大臣は「受注の減少は中でも自動車市場で顕著で、
農業機械の販売も落ち込んでいる
金融引き締めと制裁強化が融資の縮小を招き、
需要も、
投資も抑えられている」と不満を述べたとのことです
また、
ジャーナリストのナタリアラジナ氏は、
旧ソ連崩壊時に見られた要素（原油価格下落、
軍拡競争、
戦争）は、
現在のロシアにもすべて揃っているといい、
ジェットコースターに例えれば、
最初の坂を上って下り始めたところで、
6月頃にはバブル崩壊で日々阿鼻叫喚な状況になっている可能性が大きいと思われます

両軍が攻撃と奪還をおこなっているクルスクと、
ハルキウ方面の戦況についてお伝えします

○クルスク方面

作戦に影響を与えるクルスクの天気は、
雪
最高気温-9度、
最低気温-16度
今日の天気予報は、
はれとなっています
Ruzzian軍は9回の地上攻撃、
51回の空爆を行ないました
この方面で戦況図に影響のある情報はなく、
Ruzzian軍の攻勢は1日で
大損害を出して終了した可能性があります
一方ディフェンスエクスプレスのカトコフ編集長が
ラジオNVで語ったところでは、
クルスク方面でF16が地上攻撃任務で投入されたほか、
「空対空ミサイルのAIM9サイドワインダーを発射して
少なくとも対空戦闘をおこなった可能性がある」
と指摘しました
同氏は、
「クルスクでSDB小直径爆弾を使った
空爆をおこなったことは既に確認され、
それ以外にF16のパイロンにあるはずの
ミサイルがない写真がある
おそらく爆撃をおこなっている他の航空機を
援護する任務の最中にRuzzian軍の航空機が出現し、
対空戦闘をおこなっただろう
F16は地上目標への精密爆撃と
空中作戦の援護の両方をおこなうことができ、
それがF16の本来の使用方法だ」と述べ、
今後も徐々に戦闘作戦に
参加する機会が増えると説明しました

○ハルキウ方面

この方面でルジアンは2回攻撃を行ないましたが、
今日もウクライナ軍が撃退し、
戦況図に変更はありませんでした

●北東部 ルハンスク州方面
●東部 チャシフヤール方面

クピャンスクから、
チャシフヤール方面の戦況についてお伝えします
この方面でルジアンは、
クピャンスク方面で16回、
スバトベ・クレミンナ線で13回、
シベルスク周辺で1回、
チャシフヤール方面は8回、
トレツクの方向も8回と、
こちらも攻撃回数は昨日に比べ激減しました

○スバトベ・クレミンナ線

この方面でRuzzian軍は新たな攻撃軸で
攻勢を仕掛けました
そのうちヤンポリフカの東の郊外では、
位置情報付きの映像によるとRuzzian軍が
機械化攻撃を行ない、
ウクライナ軍により撃退されました
ご覧いただいているのはウクライナ軍の
第63機械化旅団のもので、
吹雪の中、
正確な砲撃でRuzzian軍の歩兵戦闘車が
無力化された様子の一部となっています
この付近は昨年11月にウクライナ軍が
奪還したところでしたが、
今回は係争地内の出来事でしたので、
戦況図に変更はありません

ヤンポリフカの東

○チャシフヤール方面

チャシフヤール

この方面ではチャシフヤールで市街戦となっています
そのうちチャシフヤールの市街地にあるスタジアムでは、
Ruzzian軍の攻撃位置から、
スタジアムの東にある建物に
ウクライナ軍のいることが判明したため、
戦況図ではその範囲をRuzzian軍の占領地を縮小させ、
係争地に更新しました
それ以外には、
ヴァシュキフカ付近でRuzzian軍が
オートバイ10台と乗用車1台で攻撃をおこない、
撃退された情報がありますが、
こちらは戦況図に変更はありません

チャシフヤールスタジアム

○トレツク方面

この方面ではRuzzian軍の攻撃に限界が訪れたのか、
前進が止まり、
ウクライナ軍が市街地で反撃をおこない始めています
そのうち昨日の動画で
ウクライナ軍が奪還した可能性があるとお伝えした
市街地のスタジアムでは、
その後複数の未確認の情報を総合すると
ウクライナ軍がルジアンをさらに後退させました
Ruzzian軍は補給がままならず弱体化し、
ウクライナ軍の攻勢の前になす術がない模様で、
ウクライナ軍に奪われた建物に対し、
奪還後にドローンで攻撃を行なっています
その攻撃位置から、
ルジアンの占領地を
最大500メートルほど縮小させ係争地に更新し、
スタジアム周辺の街区はウクライナ軍が
橋頭堡的に支配しているとして更新しました
戦況図で係争地と表示した中には
ウクライナ軍が支配している建物、
ルジアンが取り残されている建物が
混在した状況となっています

●南東部 ドネツク州

ポクロフスク、
クラホフ、
ヴェリカノボシルカ方面の戦況についてお伝えします
この方面でルジアンは、
ポクロフスク方面では40回、
クラホフ・ヴェリカノボシルカ方面で18回
攻撃をおこないました

ポクロフスク、クラホフ、ヴェリカノボシルカ

○ポクロフスク方面

この方面では双方が攻撃を行ない、
前進を試みています
1番目
連日お伝えしているピシチャネでは、
東側の工場で市街戦が活発となっています
位置情報付きの映像によると、
建設中の鉱山の敷地の北にある建物では、
ルジアンがひょっこり現れて
ドローンに手を振り存在を誇示しています
ご覧いただいているのはウクライナ側の撮影した映像で、
ウクライナ軍の奪還が
完全ではなかったことを意味しますので、
この場所は昨日の動画でウクライナ軍が
奪還したと表示していましたが、
400メートルほどを再び係争地に更新しました

ピシチャネ

2番目
ルジアンが補給を断たれ、
弱体化しつつあるコトリネでは、
ウクライナ軍の特殊部隊が
ルジアンの集結地となった工場を急襲し、
掃討作戦をおこない、
2日間建物を確保してルジアンを排除し、
任務を完了し撤収しました
ご覧いただいているのは先ほど
第3特殊作戦部隊から公開された映像で、
コメントによれば特殊部隊は23人のルジアンを排除し、
ウクライナ軍には損失はなかったとのことです
この場所はちょうど1か月前にルジアンが
占領したところですが、
工場とその東側1.3キロの範囲の占領地を縮小させ、
係争地に更新した上で、
撤収ルートにあたる部分をウクライナ軍が
奪還したとして更新しました

コトリネ

○クラホフ方面

この方面では、
ウクライナ軍の突出部の状況が急速に悪化し、
ウクライナ軍が脱出できるかどうかが焦点となりました

まずダヒネの西側の地図の場所では、
Ruzzian軍の砲撃位置から地図の場所で
ウクライナ軍が陣地に籠もっていると考えられ、
その救出方法が課題となっています

ダヒネの西側

2番目
そのためウクライナ軍は
アンドリーフカのルジアンを排除することを
選択した可能性があり、
位置情報付きの映像によると、
ウクライナ軍が市街地に突入し、
ボフチャ川の北側に脱出ルートを確保しようとしています

またその西1キロの地点でも同様に、
ウクライナ軍の車両がルジアンの掃討作戦を
おこなっている所が確認できます

またウラクリーでは、
複数の異なる情報がありますが、
確認できるところでは、
地図の場所でRuzzian軍の戦車が確認できることから、
戦況図ではこの場所までルジアンが
支配しているとして更新しました

ウラクリー

5番目
コスティアンティノピルでは、
Ruzzian軍が集落のすぐ端まで間合いを詰めていて、
その延長線上の集落地に空爆を実施しています
戦況図ではその範囲を係争地の拡大として更新しました

コスティアンティノピル

○ヴェリカノボシルカ方面

この方面ではRuzzian軍が昨日の大規模な攻撃に伴い、
大損害を出しながらも前進した範囲が明らかとなりました
1番目
ノヴォオチェレツヴェートでは、
複数の情報を総合するとRuzzian軍の空爆の位置から、
Ruzzian軍が川を渡り、
少なくとも集落の南東の端まで到達した可能性が高く、
その範囲1.3キロほどを係争地から
Ruzzian軍が前進したとして更新しました

ノヴォオチェレツヴェート

2番目
その11キロ西にあるノヴォシルカでは、
位置情報付きの映像によると、
Ruzzian軍が小隊規模の機械化攻撃を行ない、
集落に入りましたが、
ウクライナ軍により撃退されました
ご覧いただいているのはウクライナ軍の
第46エアモバイル旅団のもので、
地図の場所の様子となっています
この攻撃は撃退されましたが、
戦況図では集落までを係争地の拡大として更新しました

ノヴォシルカ

●後方地域

今日もRuzzian領内と軍事施設に
ドローン攻撃が報告されています
1番目
昨日お伝えしたクラスノダールの
イルスキー製油所の攻撃について、
攻撃目標は2つあり、
もう一つはカスピ海パイプラインの
クロポトキンスカヤ石油ポンプ場だったことがわかりました
このポンプ場は国内最大の石油ポンプ場で、
カザフスタン産石油の80％がこのポンプ場を
通過しているとのことです
攻撃は7機のドローンにより行なわれ、
ポンプは停止し、
現在この場所を迂回して送油量を落として
輸送されているとのことです
2番目
詳細は不明ですが、
シリアにあるRuzzian軍のフメイミム空軍基地に
ドローン攻撃がありました
映像では赤い点のようなものと爆発音が確認できます

●南部 ザポリージャ州
●南部 ヘルソン州

これらの方面でルジアンはあわせて14回
攻撃を行ないましたが、
今日も戦況図に影響のある情報はありませんでした

■その他

今日開催された米ロ会談に参加した
ロシア代表団には、
プーチン大統領に代わって
交渉をおこなう重要人物は含まれておらず、
アメリカのメッセージを
クレムリンに伝えるものだったことが判明しました
ちなみに参加したのはラブロフ外相、
ウシャコフ大統領補佐官、
ロシア投資基金のドミトリエフ代表が含まれていて、
交渉はしないものの緊急メッセージを
クレムリンに送ることができる体制だったとのことです
