入院とJNKMN

【英語は下記】俺は最近J-ラップもう一度ハマってるんだ。入院してて病院ライフがつまらなくて、「今更、どうでも良いだろう、ただ楽しい事なんかやりたいよ」と思っちゃう状態だった。

MonyHorseやJNKMNの曲もう聴いてて好きだったのに、今まで「MONYPETZJNKMN」達のことよく知ってなかった。凄く病気な日はYouTube観ててなぜかJNKMNの「Jailbird」という曲が日本語字幕で出てきた。

感動しちゃったよ。作曲の俺にとってさ、歌詞を読みながら曲を始めて聴くのが最高だ。曲の意味はずーっと違う。特に歌詞は自分の母国語ではない場合でも。

【English】I've been getting back into J-rap recently because I was in the hospital recently and I guess I got bored.

I was always kinda a fan of MonyHorse and JNKMN but hadn't really heard that much of their stuff from MONYPETZJNKMN. And yet, there I was, sat on my couch, sick off my gourd when YouTube randomly pulled up "Jailbird" by JNKMN with the Japanese subtitles available and (for some reason) turned on.

It really is a different experience listening to a song while reading the lyrics, at least for me. And especially if the song is in a language that's not your first.
