Why I do not let the Internet bother me anymore.

I'm learning to block out the noise online. 

There is enough hate in real life that I face. Nearly daily.

I live in a large popular city with all kinds of people.

One thing I learned the most in 2024 is how low many peoples' self-esteem is. I learned that many people are eager to look down on someone else. 

And that's easy to do in this city. You'll witness an unfortunate soul on the sidewalk, lying there, as much as you'll witness a luxury car driving through, blasting music, luxurious spouses strolling along Park Avenue. 

Something that was a great sign for me lately was how I ran into an old friend I grew up with. It made me think of simpler times. It made me think of how I was blessed to grow up around accepting, cool people. She's doing great. Her husband has a very good job working for a large conglomerate..

I'm in a cafe right now. I'm about to go uptown for one last errand. 

I'm very close to full solace in my home. I basically have it. But give it a few more weeks. 

I'll be so full of love, that by Valentines' day, I won't need a boyfriend!
