こんにちは。2月3回目の週末を東京で過ごしているハウスミュージックラウンジ「秋葉原住宅」棟梁のSpinnageです。先日映画館で観たアニメ映画「ガンダム・ジークアクス」に大変感動し、特に印象的なだった2分23秒の劇伴曲を6分のディープハウスにリミックスしました。良かったら聞いてみてください。
Hello, I'm Spinnage, the director of the house music lounge Akihabara Housing Ltd., spending my third weekend in Tokyo this February. I was deeply impressed by the anime film Gundam GQuuuuuuX, which I recently saw at the cinema. One particular 2:23-minute song stood out to me, so I remixed it into a 6-minute deep house track. さて、今週もいつものように、世界の新築ハウスミュージックを紹介していきます。ここから取り上げるのは、すべて僕が実際にダウンロード購入した曲。真剣勝負で選んだ楽曲たちです。さっそくご紹介していきますよ!
Now, as usual, I’m excited to introduce some new-built house music from around the world this week. Every track featured here is one I personally purchased and downloaded, chosen through a serious selection process. Let’s dive in!

1) Atjazz, Ernesto & the Basement Gospel - Put It On (Osunlade Club Mix)
ロンドンのディープハウスマイスター・AtjazzとErnesto & the Basement Gospelの「Put It On」を、ギリシャのサントリーに島を拠点とするOsunladeがリミックス。心に灯がともる温かなディープハウス。
’Put It On' by London deep house maestros Atjazz and Ernesto & the Basement Gospel, remixed by Osunlade, who is based on the Greek island of Santorini. A warm deep house groove that will lift your spirits.
2) Jack District - Blue Sky
ブラジル・フロリアノポリスのJack Districtの「Blue Sky」。厚いEピアノのハーモニーが心地良い。

3) Tesfa Williams - Moments Ahead
ロンドンのプロデューサー・Tesfa Williamsの「Moments Ahead」。１コードでぐいぐい押してくるグルーヴが格好いい。

4) Don Swing - Want Me
ドイツ・ハンブルグのプロデューサー、Don Swingの「Want Me」。端正なコードワークが心地良い。

5) Reagan Grey, Christie Nelson - Now That You Are Gone
スウェーデン・ストックホルムの信頼のレーベルLocal TalkからリリースされたReagan GreyとChristie Nelsonで「Now That You Are Gone」。クラシックハウスのニュアンスも感じさせる、上品でパワフルなサウンドが素敵。

6) Renaud Genton - In A Flash
Renaud Gentonの「In A Flash」。畳みかけるような女性ボーカルにファットなシンセベース。パーティのアクセントになる印象的な曲です。

7) Vittorio Brena - Check Me Out
'Check Me Out' by producer Vittorio Brena from Bergamo, Italy. A fun track with clear vertical movement, layered with the 'Check Me Out' vocal that gives the song its name.
8) Teboho Nkone - Foolish
南アフリカ・ブルームフォンティンのプロデューサー、Teboho Nkoneの「Foolish」。南アフリカ産らしい118BPMのゆったりとしたリズムで、ディープなサウンドが紡がれます。
'Foolish' by South African Bloemfontein producer Teboho Nkone. The deep sound weaves over a spacious 118 BPM rhythm, characteristic of South African production.
9) Satoshi Tomiie, Tomoki Tamura - Bahnhof 120
日本人の僕にすれば尊敬する大先輩にあたる、Satoshi TomiieとTomoki Tamuraによる「Bahnhof 120」。確かなグルーヴの信頼感がすごい。
’Bahnhof 120’ is by Satoshi Tomiie and Tomoki Tamura, who, for me as a Japanese, are respected seniors. The trustworthiness of the solid groove is amazing.
10) Matthias Vogt - ZIMT
ドイツ・フランクフルトのプロデューサー、Matthias Vogtの「ZIMT」。ファンクネスを感じさせるビートの上で、艶やかなシンセサウンドが静かに響きます。
‘ZIMT’ by Matthias Vogt, a producer from Frankfurt, Germany. Glossy synth sounds echo quietly over a beat infused with funk.
