こんにちは。台風一過の東京で週末を過ごしているハウスミュージックラウンジ「秋葉原住宅」棟梁のSpinnageです。本当に良く晴れて、ベランダに干した洗濯物がめちゃくちゃ早く乾きます。
Hello. I'm Spinnage, the director of the house music lounge Akihabara Housing Ltd., and I'm spending the weekend in Tokyo after a typhoon. It's a really nice sunny day and the laundry I hang out on the balcony dries really fast.
さて、今週もいつものように、世界の新築ハウスミュージックを紹介していきます。ここから取り上げるのは、すべて僕が実際にダウンロード購入した曲。真剣勝負で選んだ楽曲たちです。さっそくご紹介していきますよ!
Now, as usual, this week I'm going to introduce you to some new-built house music from around the world. All of the songs I will be featuring here are songs that I actually purchased as downloads. I chose these songs in a serious competition. Let's get started!

1) Demarkus Lewis - Left To Guess
ダラスの鉄人、Deamrkus Lewisが珍しくUK Garageスタイルで仕上げた「Left To Guess」。彼らしい透明感のあるサウンドで、BPMも124と僕の好きなdeep houseのレンジに収まっています。
Dallas iron man Damrkus Lewis has done it in a rare UK Garage style with ‘Left To Guess’. It has his typical transparent sound, with a BPM of 124, which is in the deep house range I like.
2) AnAmStyle - Girl Your Mine
イタリア・ローマ出身のプロデューサー、AnAmStyleの「Girl Your Mine」。スペインAgua Saladaのリリースらしい、リゾートの雰囲気を感じさせるトラックです。ピアノが流麗。
‘Girl Your Mine’ by AnAmStyle, a producer from Rome, Italy. The track has a resort atmosphere, typical of Spanish Agua Salada releases. The piano is fluid.
3) Lili Chan - Rainbow Drops
イギリスと日本の2つの血をひくロンドンの女性プロデューサー・Lili Chanの「Rainbow Drops」。一聴してわかる日本っぽい雰囲気も楽しい。
‘Rainbow Drops’ by Lili Chan, a female London producer of British and Japanese heritage. It has a fun, Japanese feel that is obvious on first listen.
4) Deepmore - Love You (Saison Extended Remix)
ロンドンのプロデューサー・Deepmoreの「Love You」。シンセベースの描くグルーヴが素敵。Beatprot上ではクレジットされてなかったけど、ロンドンの2人組Saisonがリミックスしてるっぽいです。
‘Love You’ by London producer Deepmore. Lovely synth-based drawn groove, not credited on Beatprot but apparently remixed by London duo Saison.
5) Jetstream - Seriously
カナダのレーベル・Definitive Recordingsからリリースされた、Jetstreamの「Seriously」。30年前の曲のリマスターのようですが、90年代から直送されたサウンドが心地良いです。
Jetstream's ‘Seriously’, released on Canadian label Definitive Recordings, seems to be a remaster of a 30-year-old song, but the sound is comfortably straight out of the 90s.
6) Jonas Van Opstal - Take Me There
ベルギー・ウィッレブルークのプロデューサー、Jonas Van Opstalの「Take Me There」。少ない音数でしっかりグルーヴを感じさせてくれます。気に入りました。
‘Take Me There’ by Belgian Willebroek producer Jonas Van Opstal. It's a solid groove with a few notes. Liked.
7) Adam Nyquist, Madison - On the Horizon
ロンドンのプロデューサー、Adam Nyquistの「On the Horizon」。Salted Musicからのリリースらしい、セクシーなディープハウスです。

8) Rob Redford - Shades Of Blue
スウェーデン・ストックホルムのLocal talkからリリースされた、Rob Redfordの「Shades Of Blue」。ディレイのかかったピアノとブレークビーツによる立体的なサウンドが最高です
‘Shades Of Blue’ by Rob Redford, released on Local talk, Stockholm, Sweden. The three-dimensional sound with delay-effected piano and breakbeats is great!
9) Tiptoes - Only If I Had One More
イギリス・グラスゴーのプロデューサー、Tiptoesの「Only If I had One More」。タイトル通りのボイスサンプルでぐいぐい押しまくるシンプルなハウス。こういうの好きです。
'Only If I had One More' by Glasgow, UK producer Tiptoes. Simple house that pushes hard with voice samples as the title suggests. I like this kind of thing.
10) YASS - I Believe (FAM Disco Remix)
パリのプロデューサー、YASSの「I Believe」をFAM Discoがリミックス。原曲よりさらにディスコテストが濃厚になっててめちゃくちゃ楽しいです。大好き。
FAM Disco's remix of ‘I Believe’ by Parisian producer YASS. It's even more disco-tested than the original and it's a lot of fun. Love it.
【Track of the Week】Adam Nyquist, Madison - On the Horizon
今週の「Track of the Week」にはこのセクシーな曲を選びました。ハウスミュージックにおいて「セクシーさ」は他ジャンルとの差別化にもなるとても大事な要素だと僕は考えているので、いかにセクシーさを表現できるか常に研究しています。なので、この曲もがっつり研究したいと思いました。
I chose this sexy song for this week's Track of the Week. I think ‘sexiness’ is a very important element in house music that differentiates it from other genres, so I'm always researching how to express sexiness. That's why I wanted to do a lot of research on this song too.

僕Spinnageが棟梁を務めるハウスミュージックラウンジ「秋葉原住宅」のチームで初めてのコンピレーション「The Door Into AHL」を作りました。Hiroshi Okuboは「Open Up The Door」、REV-TUNEは「Lady Dancing in the Kitchen」を提供し、僕は「A Midsummer Night's Dream」という曲を提供しています。僕の曲のAcidGelgeによるAcid House Remixも収録されてる楽しいリリースになりました。
The team at the house music lounge Akihabara Housing, Ltd., of which I am a director, have made the first compilation named 'The Door Into AHL', with Hiroshi Okubo contributing the track 'Open Up The Door', REV-TUNE contributing 'Lady Dancing in the Kitchen' and me contributing the track I contributed the song 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'. It's a fun release that also includes an Acid House Remix of my songs by AcidGelge.
